Quick check, i am i walking in faith or feelings. As a student who was Born again, i fell in a trap of walking by feelings not faith in a point of my life. Thank God he opened my eyes. There was a time were i was going through a lot academically and i would think that when i pass , then it means Jesus loves me and when i fail then it means i have sinned, how can relate? However that was not true ,
Romans 5:8 – But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 1 John 4:16 .
so my academics was not an indicator of God’s love in my life, God loves us, what could separate us from the love of God?,
difficulties and trails does not mean God’s Love for us has changed. look at Job, Paul ,John and others who faced trails. So choose to have faith over feelings , show up on your secret place even if you don’t feel like it because this is a journey of Faith not feelings
